Additional “Done For You” Services Our Firm Provides

Wilklow and Associates, CPA PC (WA) has worked with real estate based entities in many capacities. We have provided accounting needs to include recording monthly activity, payroll administration, balancing the accounts to the bank statements, creating budgets, and setting up the books of the entity. We have also facilitated the shareholder/partner/authorized party in entity setup, draw administration as well as intercompany payable/receivables for closely held companies. We prepare tax returns for all types of entities and file in many states throughout the United States.

Financial Planning has never been more important. There are so many other issues and problems which come up in the course of a normal business or family, that to list all of them would not be beneficial. However, there are a number of additional services our firm has had the pleasure to assist with in the past.

If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for on our site or just need some more information on any of our services, feel free to contact us and we’d love to answer any questions you have and help in any way we can.

PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE

What our Clients are saying

Since working with Wilklow and Associates, not only has that part of our business become streamlined, but I have been able to focus on growing our business – with the frequent financial guidance necessary from our CPA team.
