Additional “Done For You” Services Our Firm Provides
Wilklow and Associates, CPA PC (WA) has worked with real estate based entities in many capacities. We have provided accounting needs to include recording monthly activity, payroll administration, balancing the accounts to the bank statements, creating budgets, and setting up the books of the entity. We have also facilitated the shareholder/partner/authorized party in entity setup, draw administration as well as intercompany payable/receivables for closely held companies. We prepare tax returns for all types of entities and file in many states throughout the United States.
Financial Planning has never been more important. There are so many other issues and problems which come up in the course of a normal business or family, that to list all of them would not be beneficial.
