Qualifications: Client interaction is guaranteed, so our ideal candidate should be a personable professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of clients. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years accounting experience
  • Ability to manage and interface with several clients
  • Excellent software skills including Word, Excel, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be reliable and detail-oriented

Primary duties: * Provide oversight and support to AP, AR and Payroll

  • Strong general ledger experience
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Prepare sales tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly tax compliance reports
  • Prepare payroll
  • Other duties as required
